FROM BREATH TO HEALTH
Breath analysis provides, through a non-invasive test, information on an individual’s state of well-being.
In addition to nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapour and inert gases, the human exhale also contains ‘volatile organic compounds’ (VOCs).
Breathomics deals with the analysis of these compounds, which are produced by metabolic processes.
The breath test allows early determination of metabolic changes that are either physiological, pathological or related to environmental exposure.
THE MISTRAL REPORT
The Mistral Report returns an overview of the VOCs present in the sampled subject’s breath.
The Mistral Report makes it possible to identify each subject’s metabolic fingerprint and health status.
Through a medical consultation, the Mistral Report makes it possible to:
- check whether the metabolites are in balance with each other and whether, over time, they have changed
- assess whether the metabolic fingerprint is assimilable to the control categories and define the individual's level of well-being
